(a) Council establishes a published agenda for all public meetings. The agenda will be prepared and distributed by close of business on the Friday preceding the Council meeting. Anyone desiring to be placed on the agenda, is to contact the Village Office by the close of business on the Thursday preceding the scheduled Council meeting.
(b) However, any item of an emergency nature may be added to the agenda during the Council meeting. Any other items brought forth shall be placed on the agenda for the next Council meeting. (Ord. 2006-08. Passed 2-27-06.)
