4-3-2: DECLARED NUISANCE:
It shall be unlawful and a violation of this chapter and will hereafter be declared a nuisance to maintain and use within the town limits any outhouse, outdoor toilet or outdoor facility for the disposal of human wastes. (Prior Code § 7.11.020)
