4-1-2: PROHIBITED USE OF CONTAINERS OR DUMPSTERS:
It shall be unlawful for any person to place, deposit, or permit to be deposited their garbage into containers or dumpsters designated and provided for the use of commercial businesses, residences, schools, parks, or the town. Such persons shall be assessed a fine as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense. (Prior Code § 7.07.060; amd. 2003 Code)
