4-1-1: UNSANITARY DEPOSITS:

It shall be unlawful for any person to place, deposit, or permit to be deposited, in any unsanitary manner on public or private property within the town or any jurisdiction of the town any garbage or other objectionable waste or refuse. Such person shall be assessed a fine as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense. (Prior Code § 7.07.060; amd. 2003 Code)
