3-2-5: ALLOCATION OF FEES:
All fees collected under this title shall be deposited by the Town Clerk-Treasurer or Deputy Clerk in the all-purpose general fund and used to support the various departments, divisions and activities of the Town charged with providing the special services required and for the administration of this title.
