Nothing in this Chapter is intended to conflict with, supersede or otherwise limit the Ennis Police Department, or any other law enforcement agency with authority to enforce the provisions of this Chapter, in any manner whatsoever regarding the enforcement of MCA Title 45. Enforcement of this Town Code Title 8, Chapter 6, shall not subject anyone to double jeopardy and nothing in this Chapter shall provide a defense to the prosecution of crimes that may be charged separately in accordance with applicable law.
