8-6-7: CONFLICTS:

Conflicts with other parts of the Town Code shall be avoided whenever possible. If in the event any definitions, parts, sections, words, phrases, language or Administrative Rules adopted pursuant to this Chapter actually conflict with any other parts, sections, provisions or definitions in the Town Code, then the stricter requirement shall apply.
