A. Tree Plan: It shall be the responsibility of the board to meet at least quarterly to develop and/or update, as necessary, a comprehensive written plan for the planting, care, trimming, replanting, removal or disposition of trees and shrubs on public property and public ways. Such plan will be presented annually to the commission and, upon their acceptance and approval, shall constitute the official tree plan for the town.
B. Additional Duties: The board, when requested by the town commission, shall consider, investigate, make findings, report and recommend on any matter of question coming within the scope of its work. (Ord. 103, 3-18-1993)
