2-1-6: EMPLOYEES, SERVICES AND COMPENSATION:

A. Secretary And Other Employees: The board may appoint and prescribe the duties and fix the compensation of the secretary and such employees as are necessary for the discharge of the duties and responsibilities of the board.

B. Special Temporary Services: The board may make contract for special or temporary service and any professional services needed for planning, subject to budget restrictions imposed by the town commission. (Ord. 97, 2-13-1992; amd. 2003 Code)
