A. Regular Meetings: The board shall meet at least in the months of January, April, July, and October and shall fix the time for holding other regularly scheduled meetings.
B. Special Meetings: Special meeting of the planning board may be called by the president or by two (2) members upon written request to the secretary. The secretary shall send to all members, at least two (2) days in advance of the special meeting a written notice fixing the time and place of the meeting. However, written notice is not required if the time of the special meeting has been fixed in a regular meeting or if all members are present at the special meeting. (Ord. 97, 2-13-1992)
