13-4-1: FLOODPLAIN ADMINISTRATOR:
The floodplain administrator is appointed by the town council and/or mayor as the floodplain administrator to administer and implement the provisions of this title and other appropriate sections of 44 CFR (emergency management and assistance - national flood insurance program regulations) pertaining to floodplain management.
