1-13-9: REGULATIONS GOVERNING ARREST AUTHORIZED:
The town commission authorizes the police of the town to make arrests of persons charged with crime:
   A.   Within the limits of the town;
   B.   Within five (5) miles thereof; and
   C.   Along the line of water supply of the town. (Ord. 137, 12-8-2011)
