This title is passed in order to comply with the Montana floodplain and floodway management act 1 and to ensure compliance with the requirements for the continued participation by the town of Ennis in the national flood insurance program. Land use regulations which are hereby adopted are to be applied to all identified 100-year floodplains within the local jurisdiction. (Ord. 136, 5-19-2011)
