These regulations shall be known and cited as the TOWN OF ENNIS FLOODPLAIN ORDINANCE. These regulations are in accordance with and exercising the authority of laws of the state of Montana, chapter 5, floodplain and floodway management, 76-5-101 through 76-5-406, Montana Code Annotated, 2003, and following the guidance of the code of federal regulations administered by the federal emergency management agency (FEMA).
