1-11-5: POWER; DUTIES; HOURS:
   A.   Powers And Duties: The city judge shall have those powers and duties as are provided by state law.
   B.   Hours: The normal hours of city court shall be as set by resolution of the town commission. (Ord. 95, 2-13-1992)
