1-9-6: INITIATIVE, REFERENDUM AND RECALL:
   A.   Initiative And Referendum 1 : The people shall retain the right to exercise initiative and referendum powers according to provisions of state law.
   B.   Recall 2 : Any or all of the elected officials provided for in the charter may be removed from office by the electors. The procedure to effect such removal shall be as prescribed by state law. (Prior Code § 1.02.060)
