1-8-1: APPOINTMENT:
The mayor shall, subject to the approval of a majority plus one of the commission, appoint a clerk-treasurer who shall hold office for the duration of his/her appointment or until his/her successor is appointed and qualified. (Prior Code § 2.04.010)
