1-7-5: COMMISSION TO JUDGE; PUBLIC HEARING:
   A.   Judge Grounds Of Forfeiture: The commission shall be the judge of the grounds of forfeiture of the office of mayor.
   B.   Entitled To Public Hearing: A mayor charged with conduct constituting grounds for forfeiture of his/her office shall be entitled to a public hearing on demand, and notice of such hearing shall be published in the manner consistent with state law. (Prior Code § 2.02.050)
