A. Right Of Entry: The director of public works or other designated officials shall have access at all reasonable hours to the premises of the customer for the purpose of reading or testing of meters, installing, removing, or replacing the town's property and for other purposes incident to the supplying of service.
B. Access To Easements: The director of public works and other duly authorized employees of the town shall be permitted to enter all private properties through which the town holds a duly negotiated easement for the purposes of, but not limited to, inspection, observation, measurement, sampling, repair and maintenance of any portion of the water facilities lying within said agreement. All entry and subsequent work, if any, on said easement shall be done in full accordance with the terms of the easement pertaining to the private property involved. (Per motion dated 3-12-2009)
