10-3-6: PERMIT FEE:

At the time of application for a permit to connect to the town sewer, the property owner/applicant will pay the town clerk- treasurer the fee for hookup and inspection, which is set by the Ennis town commission and reviewed on an annual basis. (Per motion dated 3-12-2009)
