10-2-2: PROPERTY OWNER/MANAGER TO DESIGNATE RECEIVER OF STATEMENT:
The owner/manager of property shall have authority to designate, in writing, to the town clerk/utility clerk, the person to whom the water and/or sewer statement shall be sent for bookkeeping purposes. (Per motion dated 3-12-2009)
