Charges for water and sewer service supplied by the town water and sewer systems shall be assessed to the owner of the real property benefited and shall continue to be an obligation of such owner regardless of who may occupy said property. Accounts which are sixty (60) days past due may become a lien on the real property and filed with the county recorder. All filing and attorney costs will be included in the amount to be collected from the real property owner. (Per motion dated 3-12-2009)
