A. Notice Of Violation: Any person found to be violating any provision of this chapter, except section 10-1-5 of this chapter, shall be served by the town with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations.
B. Failure To Comply; Fine: Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in subsection A of this section, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each violation.
C. Separate Offense: Each day in which any violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
D. Liability: Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the town for any expense, loss, or damage occasioned the town by any reason of such violation. (Per motion dated 3-12-2009)
