1-6-5: COMMISSION TO JUDGE; PUBLIC HEARING:
   A.   Judge Of Election And Qualifications: The commission shall be the judge of the election and qualifications of its members and of the grounds of forfeiture of their office.
   B.   Entitled To Public Hearing: A member charged with conduct constituting grounds for forfeiture of his office shall be entitled to a public hearing on demand, and notice of such hearing shall be published in a manner consistent with state law. (Prior Code § 2.00.060)
