8-5-2: OVERNIGHT PARKING AND CAMPING:
   A.   Definitions:
   CAMPING: Setting up of any sort of temporary place in which to eat, and/or sleep.
   PARKING: The standing of a motor vehicle, whether occupied or not, otherwise than temporarily for the purpose of and while actually engaged in loading or unloading.
   VEHICLE: Every device in, upon, or by which any person or property is or may be transported or drawn upon a highway, road, street, or alley.
   B.   Prohibited: No vehicles shall be allowed to park overnight anywhere in the Lion's Park area. Overnight shall be deemed to be any time from eleven o'clock (11:00) P.M. until six o'clock (6:00) A.M. the following morning. No individual shall be allowed to camp, either in motor vehicle, tent or sleeping gear anywhere in the Lion's Park area.
   C.   Penalty: Any person violating any provision or provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), plus a twenty dollar ($20.00) surcharge. (Ord. 128, 7-10-1997)
