8-4-6: TREES OUTSIDE PROPERTY LINE:

The tree board, as constituted in title 2, chapter 2 of this code, is hereby given full and complete control of all trees growing within the confines of the town limits which are outside of the property lines at the respective lots, plots and tracts adjacent to improved streets and alleys. (Ord. 103, 3-18-1993)
