Any owner or agent of any owner of any real property shall trim on property owned or possessed by him, trees overhanging the sidewalks, streets or alleys so that the same will not interfere with pedestrian or public travel as hereinafter provided. (Ord. 103, 3-18-1993; amd. 2003 Code)
