8-3-2: DISTRICT CREATED:

There shall be created within the town a district for the maintenance of the streets and avenues of the town, to provide for a method of doing the work and paying for same under the restrictions and regulations provided in Montana Code Annotated 7-12-4401 et seq. (Ord. 100, 9-10-1992)
