The commission may order sidewalks repaired where said sidewalks form a hazardous condition, or require dangerous obstructions removed. The property owner shall be given thirty (30) days or less in which to do the repairing or for removing the obstruction. At the end of the specified time the commission may have the repairing done or the obstruction removed and charge the cost of same to the property owner. (Prior Code § 12.02.030)
