Sidewalks on Main Street shall be six feet (6') in width; in the residential district, four feet (4'). The grade to be established by a surveyor where no sidewalk has been previously located. The concrete mixture to be six to one (6:1) using good sand and gravel. Concrete to be a sufficient thickness so that a curb shall be six inches (6") high. (Prior Code § 12.02.020)
