A. 1. The operator of a motorized nonstandard vehicle shall register each motorized nonstandard vehicle with the Town of Ennis.
a. The operator shall pay a one-time fee for each motorized nonstandard vehicle to be set by resolution.
b. Registration shall include the operator's name, address, phone number, driver's license number, driver's license state and description of the motorized nonstandard vehicle.
c. The operator shall be provided a registration sticker that shall be permanently affixed to the motorized nonstandard vehicle. (Ord. 143, 8-10-2017)
