It shall be unlawful to park, store, or leave, or permit parking, storing, or leaving, any licensed or unlicensed vehicle which is inoperative or abandoned, within the town limits for more than five (5) days, unless such vehicle(s) is completely shielded from public view by enclosure within a building, or by enclosure within a fence meeting town height requirements, or is held by a business enterprise lawfully licensed, permitted, or sited for such activity.
