7-2-6: PENALTY:
It shall be deemed a misdemeanor for any person to violate any of the provisions of this chapter, unless such violation is declared to be a felony. Every person convicted of a misdemeanor for a violation of this chapter for which another penalty is not provided shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (2003 Code)
