7-1-4: OWNER RESPONSIBLE:
If any vehicle is found upon a street, alley or highway in violation of this title, and the identity of the operator cannot be determined, the owner or person in whose name the vehicle is registered, shall be prima facia responsible for such violation. (Ord. 144, 1-11-2018)
