6-7-5: NO PRIVATE RIGHT OF ACTION:
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to create a private right of action regarding the acquisition, possession, cultivation, manufacture, delivery, transfer, or transport of either medical marijuana or marijuana. (Ord. 134, 11-5-2010)
