No person authorized by title 50, chapter 46, Montana Code Annotated to acquire, possess, cultivate, manufacture, deliver, transfer, or transport medical marijuana may, on the ways of the town of Ennis open to the public, display, smoke, or consume medical marijuana in an open and visible manner. "Ways of the town of Ennis open to the public" means anywhere within the town of Ennis that is commonly used by the public. (Ord. 134, 11-5-2010)
