6-5-1: PROHIBITED 1 :
It shall be unlawful and a violation of this chapter for any person or persons to start a bonfire, open pit fire or any other type of fire in an open and unprotected manner that might endanger the property of others or create a hazardous fire condition. (Prior Code § 9.12.010)
