Any person under the age of eighteen (18) years found at large or outside his home during the above hours may be taken into custody by any law enforcement officer and forthwith returned to his residence, and, if not residing within the town the person under the age of eighteen (18) years shall be held in custody and the parents or guardian of such person shall be forthwith notified and the said person under eighteen (18) years of age shall be held in custody until custody may be delivered to said parent or guardian.
