5-4-2: LIVESTOCK AT LARGE:
   A.   No livestock shall be allowed to run at large or upon the premises of one other than the owner without the landowner's permission, and the presence of the owner, caretaker, or keeper of the animal. (Ord. 141, 1-12-2017)
