It is unlawful to graze, pasture, keep or house in any manner whatsoever, horses, cattle, goats, hogs, swine, llamas, or livestock of any kind within the town unless the property has been used for such purposes prior to September 1, 1993. Upon sale of the property, or abandonment of such nonconforming use, for a period in excess of one year, such nonconforming use shall cease immediately.
