5-2-8: DOGS IN VEHICLES:
It shall be unlawful to leave any dog in the back of a truck or any vehicle with an open box unless all dogs are enclosed within the vehicle or tethered in such a manner that the dog does not extend beyond the edge of vehicle. (Ord. 135, 11-5-2010)
