A. No dog shall be allowed to run at large or upon the premises of one other than the owner without the landowner's permission, and the presence of the owner, caretaker, or keeper of the animal.
B. Any dog in areas open to the public must be under leash control.
C. Dogs are allowed to run off leash in any park designated dog park, however the dog must still be under control of the owner. (Ord. 135, 11-5-2010)
