11-3-5: APPEAL OF DECISIONS BY ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICIALS:
Appeals may be taken to the Board of Adjustment by any person aggrieved where it is alleged there is error in any order, requirement, decision, or determination made by an administrative official in the enforcement of any provision of this title. (Ord. 80-29, 12-16-1980 as amended)
