11-1-4: INTERPRETATION:

When any provisions in this title impose more stringent requirements, regulations, restrictions or limitations than are imposed or required by the provisions of any other law or ordinance, then the provisions of this title shall govern. (Ord. 80-29, 12-16-1980, as amended)
