10-5-5: EXCLUSION BY PRIVATE AGREEMENT VOID:
Any restriction, reservation, or covenant in any subdivision, deed, or instrument of or pertaining to the transfer, sale, lease or use of property that permits residential use of property, but prohibits the use of such property as a group home for developmentally disabled persons, shall, to the extent of such prohibition, be void as against the purpose and intent of this chapter and shall, to the extent of such prohibition, be given no legal or equitable force or effect.
