10-5-3: GENERAL LOCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Group homes may be established or developed in accordance with the following standards:
   A.   Residential Zoning Districts: Group homes shall be permitted by right in all residential zoning districts and any zoning district which permits other residential uses of equivalent density.
   B.   Home Of Greater Density; Review: A group home of greater density than the residential district permits by rights may be permitted by review in accordance with section 11-14-1 of this code. (1994 Code § 25-202)
