A. Monies Into Treasury: Except for those monies which are designated as compensation, reimbursements or the property of a City officer or employee, all monies received by City officers or employees shall be placed in the City Treasury.
B. Investment Policy: There is hereby adopted by the City for the purpose of regulating investments for the City a certain document known as the "City of Enid Investment Policy", save and except such portions which may be hereinafter deleted, modified or amended, of which not less than three (3) copies have been and are now filed in the Office of the City Clerk, and the same are hereby adopted and incorporated herein as if fully set out. Any future amendments, modifications or deletions to such document shall be subject to approval by resolution of the Mayor and Board of Commissioners. (1994 Code § 2-4)
