10-1-1: COMMISSION ORGANIZATION; AGREEMENT WITH COUNTY:
The city has availed itself of the provisions of 19 Oklahoma Statutes sections 866.1 through 866.34 and entered into an agreement with the board of county commissioners of Garfield County for the organization of a metropolitan area planning commission as provided in said statutes. (1994 Code § 25-16)
