9-13-34: ZONING:
Permits shall be issued only on unplatted land zoned A Agriculture or I-3 Heavy Industrial as provided by the zoning ordinance of the City, or as provided by subsection 9-13-6A of this chapter. (1994 Code § 23.5-35)
