9-13-28: FRACTURE AND ACIDIZING:
On the completion of an oil or gas production well, where acidizing or fracturing processes are used, no oil, gas or other deleterious substances or pollutants shall be permitted to pollute any surface or subsurface fresh waters on any land. (1994 Code § 23.5-29)
